EdgeTrade Pte. Ltd. Terms of Service

Introduction As used in these Terms of Service, “EdgeTrade” refers to EdgeTrade Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Kupa Inc., an AI invest-tech company headquartered in Korea. These Terms apply to your access and use of the EdgeTrade website and mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), as well as any related content provided by us and our affiliates.
Description of Service The Service may include or make available certain content (the “Content”), which encompasses, but is not limited to:

Acceptance of Terms By using the Service and the Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any other applicable agreements between you and EdgeTrade. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability The Service and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, EdgeTrade and the Third-Party Providers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Self-Directed Accounts EdgeTrade provides self-directed brokerage services. Unless specifically identified as an individualized recommendation, EdgeTrade does not provide investment advice. As a self-directed investor, you are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with any Content provided through the Service.
User Conduct By using the Service, you agree not to:
  • Upload, post, or transmit any unlawful or harmful content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
